Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing InstituVo, a cloud-based Institute ERP SaaS platform operated under Learn18. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled.


1. Subscription Model

InstituVo operates on a subscription-based SaaS model (monthly, quarterly, or annual plans). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and terms described at the time of purchase.


2. Cancellation Policy

a) Subscription Cancellation

  • Institutions may cancel their subscription at any time through their account panel or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation will prevent future renewals.

  • Access to the Services will continue until the end of the current billing period.

b) Account Termination

  • Upon cancellation or termination, access to the platform will be disabled after the active subscription period ends.

  • Institutions are responsible for exporting their data before the subscription expiry.


3. Refund Policy

a) No Refunds After Activation

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is activated.

  • This includes unused time, partial usage, or early cancellation.

b) Free Trial (If Applicable)

  • If a free trial is offered, no charges will be applied during the trial period.

  • Once the trial ends and a paid subscription begins, refunds will not be issued.

c) Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made in error

  • Incorrect amount charged due to technical issues

  • Payment deducted but service not activated

Such refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction and are subject to verification.


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

  • Any transaction or gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount.


5. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Plan upgrades are effective immediately, and the price difference may be charged on a pro-rata basis.

  • Plan downgrades will take effect from the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds are issued for plan downgrades.


6. Non-Payment & Suspension

  • Failure to complete payment on time may result in temporary suspension or termination of services.

  • Data may be retained for a limited period after suspension, after which it may be permanently deleted.


7. Changes to This Policy

InstituVo reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective upon posting on the website or platform.
